At Ornva, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewellery, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return & exchange policy across India.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 7 days are eligible for an instant free replacement or full refund.
• Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper chemical exposure are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@ornva.com or chat with our support team on the website with your Order ID, contact number, and reason for return.
2. Our team will arrange a free doorstep pickup and send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the jewellery piece securely in its original Ornva box and hand it to the courier partner.
4. Once received and verified at our quality centre, your refund is credited within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method & Timelines

Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are securely transferred to your verified bank account or UPI ID.
