Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable.
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXX-XXXXX with your order ID and reason.
  2. Our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier.
  4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or credit/debit card). For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
